Responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities for civil construction projects, ensuring timely sourcing of materials, subcontract packages, and services in line with project requirements, budget, and company standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in procurement for civil construction projects
- Proven experience in package-based procurement (subcontract packages & BOQ-based)
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, subcontracting processes, and local suppliers
- Experience in UAE projects is an advantage
- Strong negotiation, commercial, and coordination skills
Responsible for leading the execution of offshore civil and building projects in line with ADNOC standards, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and HSE requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 15–20 years of experience in civil construction, with proven ADNOC Offshore or offshore project experience
- Strong leadership in managing multidisciplinary teams
- Expertise in project planning, execution, and risk management
- In-depth knowledge of offshore construction and logistics
- Excellent stakeholder and client management skills
- Drive strict adherence to ADNOC Offshore HSE standards and offshore safety regulations
Responsible for developing, monitoring, and controlling project schedules to ensure timely delivery of civil construction projects, with a focus on progress tracking, delay analysis, and recovery planning.
Requirements
- Minimum 8–12 years of experience in planning and scheduling for civil construction projects
- Strong expertise in Primavera P6 and project planning tools
- Experience in large-scale infrastructure or EPC projects
- GCC experience (UAE / Saudi Arabia) is an advantage
- Solid understanding of construction methodologies and project workflows
Responsible for leading the company’s digital transformation strategy, integrating advanced technologies into construction processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost control.
Requirements
- 10–15 years of experience in construction/EPC, with at least 5 years in a technology leadership role
- Proven experience in implementing BIM, AI, and digital project management platforms
- Strong background in IT systems, cybersecurity, and data-driven project control
- Experience in driving digital transformation and innovation initiatives
- Strong leadership and cross-functional coordination skills
